| Kingpin 5000The Kingpin has been designed by GLADIATOR for Australian condition with the help of input from tackle stores all over Aus. The reel has the banax HCS (hard core system) that makes these reels so tough. The HCS is the trilogy of precision machine cut brass gears, brass pinion and stainless steel shaft. The drag system is 6 part, incorporating 3 carbontex and 3 alloy washers giving 15kg of drag. There are 6 high grade stainless steel shielded German bearings, titanium spool lip. Full power metal body, rotor and spool to keep all internals straight when under load reducing wear on parts. The drag is water resistant and the reel carries a 5 year warranty on ALL parts. The reels are made in the Banax factory in Korea. There are 6 shielded stainless steel ball bearings, 3 are Japanese NMB bearings. If you need to stop a beast this is the reel.
