Kor Popper

Through a huge amount of demand and then development comes the KOR Popper Stopper rod series. The success of this range of rods comes from the use of a special IM10 graphite blank which features a fully woven graphite tip. What this means is these rods are extremely light yet extremely strong. The Popper Stopper is therefore light enough to cast all day but strong enough to stop the hardest running fish. The rods R & D was done chasing GT’s up to 40kg. No problems were found in the power and strength of the blanks so we put on the rods an alloy reel seat, alloy gimbal, a specially shaved hypalon for extra grip and titanium heat diffusing guides perfect for using braid. In all we ended up with six rods to cover all popping situations. The rods are 7’ and 8’ long and are rated 30lb, 50lb and 80lb. If you want to stop the freight trains grab a popper stopper.
